Associate Dean/Professor
Kate Richardson, PhD
Dr. Richardson is Associate Dean, Graduate Programs and a Professor of Management. She joined the Lubin School of Business in 2009 and teaches a variety of courses in management and business at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including the Doctoral Seminar in Organizational Behavior, Research Methods in Management, Managerial Negotiations, Negotiations & Bargaining, Training & Development and Recruitment & Staffing. Dr. Richardson’s research focuses on how individuals cope with change and the related stress that may result from major life and career transitions. She has published in Information & Organization, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Journal of Loss & Trauma: International Perspectives on Coping, and Academy of Management Proceedings, in addition to other journals.Dr. Richardson’s has published two meta-analyses on stress management interventions (2025 and 2009), one of which earned the Best Paper Award for the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology. Dr. Richardson was asked to contribute to the special issue of the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology at 20 celebrating 20 years of the journal. Her article “Managing Employee Stress and Wellness in the New Millennium” was published in 2017.Dr. Richardson is a member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Occupational Psychology. She has served as a journal reviewer for the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Group & Organization Management, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Family Issues, and the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology.

Amy Greis
Amy J. Greis is a student support advisor for the Pace Online MBA program. Prior to joining the Pace Online team, she worked as the director of the Office of Graduate Academic Advisement in the Lubin School of Business. Amy earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa and went on to earn her master’s in higher education administration from NYU. Amy enjoys helping students navigate the Pace community while striving toward their academic goals and she particularly finds fulfillment in the onboarding/orientation process with new students. Amy lives in Westchester, NY with her husband, 7 year old son, and rambunctious cat.

Chaz Burnett is a senior enrollment specialist with 14 years of experience in higher education, currently serving Pace University at AllCampus. With a passion for guiding students toward achieving their academic and career aspirations, Chaz specializes in enrollment advising, student support and strategic academic planning.Holding a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering technology and master’s degrees in management and psychology, Chaz combines analytical expertise with a deep understanding of student engagement and success strategies.
