Submit Your Application
The Pace Office of Graduate Admission notifies you of their decision accepted either way within one week of a completed application submission.
Admission Requirements
Candidates are required to hold a four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent from a regionally accredited institution. A 3.0 undergraduate GPA is preferred, but we use a holistic approach when reviewing applications.

Your resume should focus on your academic and professional achievements, and list any relevant certifications, achievements, and/or awards you’ve earned.
A GMAT or GRE score is not required if you meet either of the following requirements:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- You are a Lubin School of Business applicant who already holds a business-related master’s or doctoral degree and have requested a waiver
Other candidates may be eligible for a waiver and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

The personal statement should be approximately two pages, double spaced, and should focus on your reasons for wanting to pursue an online graduate degree in business administration at Pace.
You should include transcripts from every post-secondary institution where you have completed coursework.
Whenever possible, Pace prefers to receive transcripts electronically. Pace University participates in several electronic transcripts networks: Credentials, Parchment Exchange, National Student ClearingHouse, and eSCRIP-SAFE. Confirm with the prior institution to determine if they participate in any of these networks.

Applicants who have earned a degree or completed coursework at Pace University will not be required to submit a transcript from the university. They are, however, asked to indicate on the application that they have attended Pace.
Letters of recommendation should speak to your academic ability and professional accomplishments. Submitters may include former professors, supervisors, or professional mentors.
International applicants may have additional admission requirements. We recommend reviewing our international students page.

A Few Tips That Will Help Your Application
- Apply early. Decisions come within five to eight business days of a completed submission, but spots fill. Don’t wait until the deadline.
- Your GPA isn’t the whole story. Pace reviews applications holistically. A strong personal statement and letters of recommendation carry real weight.
- Make your personal statement specific. Tell us why our MBA specifically. If you’re targeting a specific concentration or career path, say so.
- If you don’t meet every requirement, you can still be considered. An interview may be requested to give you the chance to speak to your experience and goals.
