Tuition

*Tuition and fees are subject to change. Total tuition will be less for students eligible to transfer credits into the program. Tuition and fees do not include the cost of textbooks and materials, which vary by course. Some materials may be provided free of charge. Students are provided with a list of required textbooks and materials upon registration. Newly admitted students are required to submit a deposit of $100 in order to reserve a place in the class. Deposits will be applied towards tuition. Billing and payment information including due dates, how to make payments, and how to enroll in Pace’s Tuition Pay program can be found on the Student Accounts website.

Financial Aid

Students enrolled in Pace online programs are not eligible for institutional scholarships and are only eligible for the Federal Direct Stafford Loans and a Pell Grant. Federal loans are offered in both subsidized and unsubsidized options depending on need. Pace University’s FAFSA school code is 002791. For more information on how to file your FAFSA, visit the FAFSA website. Third Party Billing: Pace University will accept third party billing on behalf of a student as a form of payment. The student must submit a letter of credit from their employer in which the employer agrees to make payment for the student’s tuition charges. The letter must state that the employer will make payment upon receipt of an invoice sent to them from Pace University. It must also state that the payment is not contingent upon the student’s grades received in the course. Submit letter of credits to sponsoredbilling@pace.edu.

Leave of Absence Impact on Financial Aid

Students on a leave of absence pursuant to the Leave of Absence Policy are considered to be withdrawn from the University for purposes of financial aid. Consequently, loan repayment obligations may be triggered. Students should speak to a representative of the Financial Aid Office for more detailed information about the status of their financial aid during a leave of absence prior to submitting a Leave of Absence Application.

Veteran Benefits

Yellow Ribbon Program

Pace University is proud to be a part of the Yellow Ribbon Program, an educational enhancement program that provides scholarship assistance to US veterans who have accumulated at least 36 months of active duty service following the events of September 11, 2001. Payment Plans

All students are eligible to take advantage of Pace University’s interest-free payment plans. These plans are available for the fall and spring terms in monthly installments and there is a weekly plan option available for summer terms.
