Admission

The online master’s in accounting program requires a minimum 3.0 undergraduate GPA for admission. Applicants should have an undergraduate degree in accounting or another area of business. However, students who do not have previous accounting coursework will need to complete our foundation courses before beginning core courses to ensure they have the baseline skills for success. We review all applications holistically and will consider candidates who do not meet all minimum requirements, as long as they are able to showcase their strengths in other areas.

  • While we recommend submitting GMAT or GRE scores to maximize your chances of acceptance, we offer a waiver for qualified applicants. Please contact an admission advisor for information on whether you qualify.
• TOEFL, IELTS, or Pearson PTE academic scores (international students)

  • Showcase your current and previous professional and academic experience, and list any relevant certifications, achievements, and/or awards you’ve earned.
• Two letters of recommendation (optional)
  • Two letters of recommendation are optional but strongly recommended. If you choose to submit letters of recommendation in support of your application, letters should be from academic or professional references who can knowledgeably comment on your ability to successfully complete graduate study. Please note that the Graduate Admission Committee reserves the right to require letters of recommendation on a case-by-case basis.
